Rakeback Poker

HOW TO QUALIFY:

Here is how to enter and qualify for Rakebrain.com’s “Staked at the 2011 WSOP Promotion” the (“Promotion”):

• Sign up with a valid email address at http://www.rakebrain-promotions.com/wsop_2011.php and complete the signup process for a Rakebrain.com rakeback account between the April 1, 2011 and May 31, 2011; or
• If you already have a valid Rakebrain.com rakeback account, by raking $1 between the April 1, 2011 and May 31, 2011.

You will receive 1 entry ticket for signing up and 1 entry ticket for every $1 you rake from April 1, 2011 to May 31, 2011.

On the June 5, 2011 we will host a qualifying freeroll on designated poker room at 15:00 EST, from where the top ten (10) tournament placements from each will be qualified to play a final tournament against six (6) eligible house players provided by Rakebrain.com. This second tournament will take place on designated poker room on June 12, 2011 at 15:00 EST.

*Due to technicla surcumstances we have had to insert an extra qualifying tournament the 9th awardin the top six (6) placements entry into the final.

PRIZE PACKAGES:

The top 3 winners of the June 12, 2011 tournament will win a Promotion prize package (the "Prize Package") as follows:

• First prize:
  • 2 return economy class airline tickets to Las Vegas, U.S.A limited to maximum value $3,000 per ticket
  • Accommodation in Las Vegas during the WSOP main event limited to a maximum 10 nights’ stay at a nightly rate not to exceed $100/night
  • $10,000 staked into WSOP 2011 per the staking rules set out below
• 2nd prize:
  • $2,000 paid into your RakeBrain rakeback account
• 3rd prize:
  • $1,000 paid into your RakeBrain rakeback account

STAKING:

The winner of the First Prize Package will be staked to enter 2011 WSOP events (the “Staking”).

• The Staking will be made subject to the person being staked agreeing to share 50% of any WSOP 2011 event winnings with Rakebrain.com.
• Rakebrain.com in turn will award its 50% share of winnings to selected poker room members in the form of promotions on selected poker room during the month of August, 2011.
• August selected poker room promotions will be announced in Rakebrain.com’s monthly newsletter from promotions@rakebrain.com on August 5, 2011.
• • If the winner of the First Prize Package is unable to attend the WSOP in person in Las Vegas or unable to meet the Staking requirements for the WSOP Prize Package, the Prize Package will be given to the Second Prize Package winner. In this event, Third Prize Package winner will receive the Second Prize package and 4th place finisher of the June 12, 2011 freeroll will receive the Third Prize Package. By this way, the three prize packages will be awarded until a First Prize Package winner is located that can attend the 2011 in Las Vegas in person and otherwise qualify for the prize under these rules.

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be at least 21 years old at the time you register for the Promotion and have a valid rakeback account connected to Rakebrain.com, to be eligible for the any of the Prize Packages.

SELECTION OF QUALIFICANTS:

• Rakebrain.com will randomly select persons from the list of all ticket registrants on June 1, 2011 to play the June 5, 2011 freeroll.
• The persons selected in the draw will be contacted by Rakebrain.com shortly after the draw, on June the 1st 2011, by email to the email address provided when registering for the promotion, requesting email confirmation and verification of selected poker room screen name.
• The persons will need to qualify for the final by playing the qualification tournament at selected poker room on June 5, 2011 at 15:00 EST where the 6 top placements will advance to the final round freeroll on selected poker room on June 12, 2011 at 15:00 EST.
• The persons advancing to the final freeroll will play the final tournament against six players selected by Rakebrain.com, where the prize package will be awarded to top three placements. Additional winners will be selected according to the final tournament results if the initial winners are not eligible to receive the prize(s) as further outlined above.
• The prize is non-transferable and has no external cash value.
• Winner attending the WSOP 2011 as part of the First Prize Package will appear in RakeBrain.com newsletters, blogs, facebook postings, videos and photographs during WSOP 2011 activities and when necessary on breaks from the WSOP 2011 Main Event and winner will complete and provide Rakebrain.com or its film crew any performance releases or other documents required by Rakebrain.com of the winner in order to photograph and publish the winner's likeness and voice.
• Winner attending the WSOP 2011 as part of the First Prize Package assumes sole risk and responsibility for arranging necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) to the United States.
• First Prize Package Winner must respect the house rules of hotels, casinos and night clubs occupied or visited as part of the First Prize Package and assume all risk and responsibility for costs or damages caused to those establishments by the winner.
• Winner attending the WSOP 2011 as part of the First Prize Package must have a valid credit card to present upon check-in to the offered hotel accommodation.
• All flights must depart from the airport closest to the primary residence of the winner. All flights offered as part of the Prize Package will be for regular, economy class air travel.
• Flight changes or cancelations, if applicable, must be organized and paid for by the winner.
• All funds quoted in these rules are in US dollars.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

• Winner attending the WSOP 2011 as part of the First Prize Package assumes all risk and responsibility for any illness or injuries caused to their person or property while in transit to or from or while in Las Vegas including while taking part in Prize Package activities. Rakebrain.com hereby waives all liability for any loss, injury, damages, or loss of income that may be occasioned to the winner in connection with the Prize Package and by accepting the Prize Package, the winner indemnifies Rakebrain.com and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers against same.
• These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change.
• Prize Package winners are strongly encouraged to purchase travel and medical insurance prior to departing for Las Vegas.
